    B&S Mdl 020501 Rev 00 175cc, 2.3gpm engine I need new pump. good enough for one block house. B&S replacement pump 311553GS or BS311553GS is 217.75$ old B&S pump was model 11038. Yamatic Power pumps are very popular and less then 1/3 that cost.     im getting ready to paint my block home. last time it was painted was 1994. Someone gave me this pressure washer.

    pump ran without water. now it dont work. unloader valve is ok. can I rebuild pump or do I need a new one? B&S Mdl 020501 Rev 00, with original pump 11038. B&S replacement pump 311553GS. O-Ring / Maintenance Kit 196002GS

    unloader valve is very hard to push in, but then it does spring back out. I had to use a bench vise and you can see how it pushed into wood, before the valve pushed in. Every time.

    above test is without hose attached. Ive yet to purchase hose and gun. B&S tech support tells me I can operate it this way to test its function.

    B&S model 020501 runs fine, until the water line is turned on, then it stalls out. Any ideas why? tks, paul

    was adjusting the carb screws and trying it and it kept stalling, then the last time i tried to start it, the cord jerked out of my hand. Now it wont pull at all. Its stuck, like the engine wont turn over. Let it cool and still cant pull the cord. What's wrong now?

    Set to A it starts fine and will run as long as it stays on A. however, move it to B and it revs up, then after 5 to 10 seconds it stalls. If i pump the throttle I can keep it running a few more seconds, but still it stalls. This exactly the same cold and hot. ideas? thanks, paul
