I kind of wish you would start a different thread for each build. I have not checked this thread in a while and you do some beautiful work, but it gets lost when its all grouped together. Again very nice stuff!

Here's a neat sign. Don't have all the production photos for this but here is the finished product

How does duct work come into play? haha

I always tell the guys at work (plumbing and HVAC) that I would be happy if i didn't touch another piece of duct in my life LOL that's why i like doing the plumbing, keeps me away from that stuff haha

Only sheet metal work I have done (other than the occasional home repair) was on aircraft. 2024-T3 and 7075-T6 aluminum are easier to work with than thin steel, but will slice you if given the chance. Nice signs!

Osha is putting some new rules  out for the sign industry so been working on that scam among other things. Have to pay thousands for a cert to avoid thousands in fines. So if you don't hear from im still here, just busy slamming my head into the desk ha.

looks great. sometimes Osha regulations go a bit to far. I can understand the new dust regulations but this just doesn't make sense. Does every guy in the sign shop have to get certified or can a shop have one certified guy to check other guys signs?

Anyone that uses the crane portion has to be certified. So all the lead installers.
