One of the few times their ineptness has benefited me...if it was ANY other retailer (ok, except Lowes) I would have contacted them. In fact, the only reason I started the SYW thing was to help Sears lose money, I never spend more than 10% out of pocket. It's too bad that the Eddie Lampert is still making a ton of money, I'd love to see him go bust for what he's doing to what was a good company.
