  1. Agree, yes a jig saw metal blade would work with that and 1/8 steel.
  2. Good question, not aware of what would be the best. I use Sherwin William for most of my stuff, I am sure they will know. However, while their stuff is good, it's not cheap.
  3. I used the Hilti Exoskeleton and it's awesome for overhead work.
  4. I wonder if it's air that was trapped. I am pretty sure you are not supposed to shake that before you apply a coat. Just a possible reason. I found out the hard way.
  5. I never heard of Wear until about 4 years ago. Now I love their stuff. Quality.
  6. Looks very nice but I am sure it's out of my budget.
  7. Wish I could help but I am no longer using gas as my property is to small. I am sure someone will jump in here and give you an idea.
  8. OK makes moire sense with the spray paint and caulk. Personally, I would save the money and just throw them in the bin. It's a cool idea and sure a lot of people will jump on that one if the price is right. However, I do like the drill and impact holder.
  9. What goes in there? I can't tell. Looks cool.
  10. Agree 100% on they are tools by many. Wish I had a 1/10 o the knowledge you have but eventually, I will get there.
  11. I see eye to eye with you on gun ownership. I don't always have a lot of feedback when you post hear but only because I am such a novice and need to learn a ton more, but time is tight. One day I will have the time to get more into guns as it's going to be a passion. Always happy when you post to this thread.
  12. That is very cool. That's how I am with my first projects also. It takes forever. Looks awesome, you did a great job
  13. I am with you. As a power tool enthusiast, I like the idea of having something to look forward to every week. However, as a buyer, I would rather have one large release. Because I would just want to buy everything at once and not wait for a new router bit (or tool) and then pay shipping etc every week. It's a cool concept and idea.
  14. I couldn't agree more. I hate working overhead and then the idea of missing one small step or part, then having to go back.
  15. I do not have any knowledge in this area so I can not help but you always have to do what you need to do in order to survive and make a living.
  16. Yes, that is a killer deal. I would take that all day long. Good luck with the ceiling fans. I have one I need to hang but can't get the motivation to hang it. I don't know why, I always struggle with them and trying to figure out the directions.
  17. You have to start a new thread for your cooking. Just knowing and hearing what you have cooked over the years at your cookouts, sounds amazing, and would like to learn those technics and recipes. I have a Blackstone griddle and just got a Weber griddle. I know a lot of people swear by the Blackstone, but I love my Weber griddle. For the price you paid, that's awesome. My Blackstone had a warped cast iron top and they told me it was normal and would lay flat after about 7 cooking time. Never did for me. I can't wait to see what you smoke either. I have a pellet grill and just got an Oklahoma Joe. Trying to get into smoking more meats, nothing like it. The Oklahoma is amazing but it's one of those grills you have to work and check on, so you need to be around for the day as you cook. With the pellet grill, it's nice because you can set and forget. Nice if you are out for the day and then you can come home and the food is ready.
  18. That's a good one. I have seen at some hardware stores where it only has the common sizes, it's half the size.
  19. Pretty cool and thanks for the update. It's hard to find a good one. They all seem cheap but this seems like it might be my next purchase.
  20. That is awesome insight and agree. I want one of those for my wall. Can't tell you how many times that would have come in handy.
  21. I feel your pain. I feel like service all around is bad for most companies. I could go on and on about some of the stuff that has happened to me and crappy service but my fingers will get tired. Bottomline, if you pay for a service or product, there is expectations and these companies need to meet them.
  22. Hopefully, someone else chimes in because I am not aware of what is good and what is not in regards to estimators.
