  1. I am suprised how quick this goes through plywood. I know its just plywood, but it still went through rather quick. I would like to see it go through some hardwood to. I like the view on the cutting gaurd to show how strong that is. This is very important. Overall good review my friends.
  2. There not too bad. They are for the homeowner, but I think the main reason is Sears or Craftsman is so big, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
  3. I will use any light that comes with a kit. It doesn't stop me from buying a kit. On the other hand, your right, why would they not have an LED light? LED are much better, more clean, more white and just better. Well at least that is what I think.
  4. I've never used them. Haven't heard anything bad about them such as a short run life. I would think they are ok.
  5. Yeah that one was funny. Why can I relate to all of them? As Homer Simspon said, "Why do things that happen to stupid people keep happening to me?"
  6. Makita and Bosch both make one. There are a a lot of companies out their who the 220. The problem is when you go to their USA website, you will only see the 110. What I found best is go to their German website, use google translate and you can see all the diferrent ones they make. They have a lof them. If you need more help, please let me know.
  7. Personally I like the Porter Cable, but everyone has their favorites. Brian is right, try it out.
  8. Welcome brian, Yeah I have been on the forum for a while now. I love it also as it is just power tools. Nice place to come. It seems like it is starting to grow. I think the person running the forum just needs to get the word out. I know its hard, but I am starting to see them around more. Good to have you here.
  9. I would like to see a test on safety glasses. Is it worth paying for the brand names or can I get the cheaper versions
  10. This is a great idea. I like the three new topics you guys included. Oh the first to post, I will go down in histroy to post on this new topic LOL
  11. I have to say I love Dewalt power tools along with Milwaukee Tools, but I have to say I justed added Craftsman to the bunch. I received a Craftsman 19.2 volt a couple of years ago as a gift. I was going to use this as my junk drill around the house. For the past couple of years I have left it outside in the rain, left the tool on the hot roof and out in the cold in winter time. Never really gave it much thought that it has worked through all that until this weekend. We got a lot of rain this weekend and my basement flooded. I came home and found a lot of my stuff floating in the water in the basement. Well it was only about two inches, but enough to ruin my stuff. I looked down and saw the drill laying in the water pretty much covered. Didn't think twice about it and picked it up on put it on the counter. About two mintues later, not thinking it was just in the water and started using it. A couple mintues later my buddy brought it to my attention that drill was sitting on the water for the past 8 hours. It was then I realized that everything this drill has been through over the years. Just though it was an interesting experien ce for someone who is a loyal fan of Dewalt and Milwuakee.
  12. I love Dewalt tools Hence my name here. I have been using Dewalt tools for some time and I love them. Your not going to go wrong with Dewalt.
  13. Good to know. I am loooking to buy some new stuff. Thanks for the update
  14. Hey Dewwalt is stilled owned by an American Company. We went to a tool show in Flordia a month ago and it was amazing. Milwaukee is part of TECHTRONIC which owns Roybi and Black and Decker owns Dewalt. At this show you can see that Milwaukee didn't want to be associated with TECHTRONIC and Dewalt didn't want to be accosictaed with B&D. Just an observation.
  15. Your not going to go wrong with either of them. The PC has nice nice packages which include a nailer and tank, but they tend to be on the heavy side. The Milwaukee is a nice easy fit and seen many things happen to this gun, but it keeps running.
