  11. Don't go gettin all crazy. It's 1/2 the thickness of Hilti. Which allows the the cordless saws to get more cuts. Example. Hilti sw60 36v gets a comfortable 190-200 cross cuts with non pressure treated lumber. Add the Maki blade and you'll be add another 35-60 cuts with same battery. Is better hmm Yes better forming on batteries. Less charger and or swap out time. I would say the Hilti blades will last longer but I don't really care. Sent from my E6810 using Tapatalk
  12. I find the Maki Max blade makes that battery go a good bit further. 50-60-/+ more cuts.... Sent from my E6810 using Tapatalk

  15. Quality is excellent..... And warranty is best in class. I almost all Hilti. Almost bought it but just just dam big for my side of the world. Sent from my E6810 using Tapatalk
  16. See if you can locate parts diagram and order. If you have both saws take em out and see if they fit. One of my Maki track saws can run 7 1/4" blade. Took a lil grinding inside face plate. Took like 3 min. MAKI track saws can run a silly stock size 20mm Bore or 5/8 with a 1.00 part and then can streamline blades to 6.5" or 7 1/4. Huge savings... huge. Sent from my E6810 using Tapatalk
  17. Let me reword that... it's the metal washer that centers the blade. Sent from my E6810 using Tapatalk
  18. I have dce577.... It's like night and day. I never want to pick up the dewalt again. You dont know what balance is until you pick up the Hilti. Seriously it's in class all it's own. You can make any cut from angle even upside down with no effort. Sent from my E6810 using Tapatalk
  19. Btw way I built set of built ins for a repeat customer. Quickie nothing high end. Just paint grade. Me my guys just finished up a roof deck and breaking down clean punch list etc. I said sure. Grabbed few sheets of 3/4" BC ply, few pcs if poplar for faceframes and pocket screw kit. Swapped out blade for new 24t Diablo and slapped in the guide plate. I could of used the corded Maki but wanted to try the cordless Hilti. Really nice to have that ability. Worked like a charm. Sent from my E6810 using Tapatalk
  20. I have 2 Maki track saws. Swamped out arbor with the one from there 6.5" Lefty cordless. And fit regular 6.5" blades. No more ordering. Now have 6.5" , 7 1/4" blades only. No odd size's. No mail order....cut out a hassle out of my life and save a chunk of change in the process. Sent from my E6810 using Tapatalk
