Hi, I purchased a Ryobi 16" 18v Hybrid mower in 2017 and 99% of the time I'm running it off of 2 4ah batteries. The other day, the batteries were dead so I tried to use an extension cord. When I start the mower both the blue indicator lights turn on but the mower engine doesn't start. I have the safety key in the correct position and I've tried 3 extension cords and 3 different outlets as well. I'm hoping someone can help me out with some things to try as there seems to be no service centers near me (Halifax, NS, Canada). I've tried the batteries again after charging and the mower works well with them, just not the extension cords. Robert
