Attempting to drill through 50 year old concrete underground vault with embedded steel reinforcing mesh killed my hammer drill. I was hitting the clutch "let loose" point quite often as I attempted to power through the steel. The drill seized. Motor still is operational.. It just won't turn shaft. Any thoughts?
