Craigh9916
Are you guys buying hammer version or drill driver? I'm glad you asked that , I have had mainly bosch gsb drills ( hammer drills ) and they are known for having chuck wobble ! My last one wasn't good at all the chuck bobbed up and down and wasn't very nice to drill with so as I just want this new drill for drilling in metal and wood I've gone for the gsr version without hammer as it won't have chuck wobble and it's a tad shorter. dwain
if people have larger drills that will be better at hammer anyway, I feel that the drill driver is an excellent choice for the reasons you've mentioned.

Yes I agree , I don't need hammer on this drill as I have the bosch 36v compact sds in my van so I grab that for any masonry drilling Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Craigh9916
I received my drill and it's really good it's perfectly balanced and I love the grip it's the same as the gdx plus it's got plenty of power and speed !
