Fast charging doesnt kill batteries. It's the heat produced by fast charging that damages them.

But most of our power tool chargers cool the batteries down before starting to charge em? Makita chargers do. Not familiar enouigh with other brand chargers

DeWALT chargers have a hot cold  light on rhem so I would guess they would let battery cool down before charging.

Yea I hear ya, the Keys are about to get raped without lube. If ya'll don't hear from me for a while I have a safe place to stay, solid monolithic concrete poured home and a ton of supplies.

Brilliant, ...so no trailer in the wide open , unprotected and asking why my home blew over ? .....I feel bad for some people , but sometimes I wonder about judgement and common sense.....your one of the few brilliant ones

Trailer is bolted down to the concrete slab under the house. Storm surge might flood it but it's not going without a fight.

Acme tools ,my go to company for deals and tools out first....I think they still have the kit listed for 199 plus 10% off that....I usually go bare tool but it was a good deal for a 5ah too...the charger I just sell.......oh ..and no I never ..preorder anymore.ever...

.    works great, excellent run time on a 5ah so you can imagine a 9ah ..it's just so perfect for what I want ..cuts fast and smooth..

I know chainsaws leak some bar oil but this thing seems to loose it pretty quick.  I tried to pinpoint where it's coming from and it almost looks like it's leaking from the handlebar and the body of the saw.

I sat it down leaning away from the opening for the oil.  I may have just overfilled it.  That thing is great though.  Been using it for small stuff around my house and I've been keeping it in my patrol vehicle in case of emergencies.

Trimmed up a couple of trees today, and that freaking chainsaw is awesome did everything I asked of it just wish the safety button was on both sides of the trigger and the blade guard already has a crack in it

The mimosas have grown up all over the place at my project house.  Where the 20v Hedge trimmer handled them well enough earlier this year, I think this chainsaw is a must for them now.  So, one will be on the to-order list very soon.

how easy is it to dismantle the "blade holder" and the chain itself ?

I assume changing the chain, taking it off should be easy

how many screws, etc to take the blade holder off?

I´m flying to the US soon and want to take backe this saw

cheers
