Bit of harder one here  i think....  Be free to look it up of course if needed :)

 

Makita Model numbers always exist of the type ( DHP481, DTD170, DTW281, etc.. )  + Some characters at the back which show you  what batteries, charger, certain features, etc... are present in the tool.

 

Example:    DHP481RTJ 

  • Tool type DHP481
  • ' R ' means Rapid charger
  • ' T ' means 5 amp batteries
  • ' J ' means MacPac case

 

Question:

Who can tell me what the following characters at the back of a Makita Model number would mean?

OK we seem to have stalled. New question:

 

Which brand has the largest selection of 36V / 40V Max pieces, and how many?

 

I'm not counting dual/twin 18V tools, and I'm not talking about 4 variations of the same tool (e.g. SDS drill).
