SerDi
Dear friends! Help me to understand. I bought a Grinders milwaukee 2780-20. When inspecting the instrument, I saw that the spindle hub and the guard assy of the instrument that I bought differs from what is contained in the description of the tool on the website milwaukey. What is the reason for the differences? It's a fake copy? A manufacturer error? Edited October 3, 2017 by SerDi Add photo.
Biggie
I don't have a fuel grinder at home but this is what the US brushed model looks like and I'm almost positive the guard set up is the same on the fuel but I'll have to check tomorrow at work. At first I thought maybe the guard had come apart on yours but after looking and mine and yours I don't think that's the case. Strange... SerDi
Friends, I received an official response from Technical Support of Milwaukee on my question. "There was a running update on the cordless grinder hub / guard mounting platforms. The newer versions will have a mount type. This update is an improvement over the existing mount. " We will know !!!
