I know, just being sarcastic. DeWalt hasn't given a crap about 12v for the last 6 years so part of me wonders why they even acknowledge its compatibility.

They have 12v lasers as well. Also the wall scanner. That little 12v flashlight. Still some solid and heavily used tools in the 12v line. 12v is the perfect size for them. It's a system that's not nearly as diverse as the 20v but the tools the 12v fits on, you wouldn't want a 20v battery on there. I wouldn't anyway.
