Can anyone identify this hand tool?

Please help me identify these linemans pliers.

Basically unlike any other I have owned I have been able to leave these outside, submerged in salt water, left out in the rain, etc. and they never seize shut. Actually they must have some sort of sealed bearing because they move so so freely still after all of that. All I can see is what looks to be the number "17". I would like to buy more.

Anyways any help would be appreciated.

Chris
