Sadie Sue
I bought a milwaukee 12" mitre saw about 4 years ago. It has been out of alignment since day one, both bevel and mitre cuts. I have used the manual for direction to adjust and it still doesn't work and at each bevel detent it has play. Has anyone else had any luck aligning their saw or is something wrong with mine. Please help!
ToolBane
This is exactly what crosses my mind every time I try and get my current Dewalt miter saw better calibrated. It’s not a terribly new model but still not much over 5 years old? Maybe the degree of slop is just par for the course even among a lot of “prosumer” level tools but I’m still hoping for better when I get around to replacing it. Best of luck hope you get your stuff sorted.
Sadie Sue
I am so frustrated with it I could scream... actually I have!! I am at the point they could just take it back since it has a 5 year warranty. It would be different if the saw was moved and handled a lot but it is set up in one place at all times. There is nothing on how to adjust on you tube so I do promise if I get it figured out I would make one myself so I could save everyone else losing an entire day messing around with it, ugh!
