MacKennzee
re: DeWalt DCCS620 20v 12" chainsaw. My chainsaw stopped "spitting" oil when I first turn it on as it did in the past. How can I tell if the chain and bar are getting enough oil? The weep hole at the front end sprocket of the bar shows a little bit of oil. Also, does anyone know if there should be an O ring on the oil filler cap? It looks like there is a place for one physically but the diagram of parts on DeWalt's servicenet is too muddy to view and only shows the cap and tail as a one piece unit. I called a (not so local) DeWalt service center and their advice was to bring it in or ship it to them. Any suggestions?
