HonoluluBoy
I work as an electrician and one of our apprentices showed up at the job with this pair of diagonal cutters. The neck is long and there is a steep angle to the diagonal cutting head. We have found it to be very useful in removing nails and wire staples due to the length of the neck and diagonal head. Unfortunately, the cutting jaws of this tool are damaged. I asked the apprentice where he got them and he said he picked them up at a local swap meet. From the look of the tool, they are quite old and we were not able to find any identifying logos, names or numbers. Does anyone know if some currently company makes these types of cutters and where I could order a pair? I've looked online and can only find the shorter neck variety of diagonal cutters. Otherwise I may have to give the apprentice a price and buy them from him!
Moze
They're called Long Reach Diagonal Cutters. Irwin makes some that are nearly identical to that. There are also a few on Amazon.

Jim640@aol.com
Those were sold by Mac Tools and Proto Industrial Tools, I would also look at Pro America has two versions with different bent ends and all are US made.
PaulWizard
I would tie a duct tape around for safety. It's too little place to hold them
