Charlie Peckham
I just bought an old delta 1200 scrollsaw. There is no manual with it of course. The jaws on the plunger are a mystery. I can't figure out how a blade is supposed to stay in there. Three pieces came with it they dont make any sense to me. (One is in the plunger) Can anyone help me out? BMack37
It's held in by those jaws clamping together. It's an odd little setup but it does work...I had to look on youtube for videos showing the blade change, it was completely foreign to me also. You clamp it in on the top, then use the key to tighten the bottom. Then there is a lever that puts tension on the blade. The blades are the flat type, not the round type but apparently will work with the round type.
Brown6
Could you tell me where do I find round type blade? As, I have lost mine. And can we use the same type of blade in routertable and jigsaw cutter?
