Eric John
Hello - bit of a novice band saw operator here. Just got a bench top band saw - while squaring the table to the blade I got it perfectly level on the side-to-side (left/right), but not so much on the front to back. It's out just a bit. So it's square as far as using the miter guide, but not front to back, if that makes sense. Is that a big deal?
CATERPILLAR
No that's not that big of a deal because it doesn't make a huge difference what's important is left to right so it cuts straight and doesn't get kinked up.

I use my band saw a lot for stopped cuts like box joints. If the table isn't square to the blade it will cut deeper either on the bottom or top compared to the other side. What saw do you have? Does the instructions tell you how to do it and it just isn't working? Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
