rcarnes911
I had one of my side jobs offer me his 68 Porsche 912 that has been sitting in his garage for 30+ years in a fair trade for work it has not been started in 30+years either so it would be a ton of work but could be fun to haveSent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
JerryNY
I just picked up an S3. It's basically an upscale Golf R underneath, not that there is anything wrong with that. It's a sweet little motor, and they seriously underate the horsepower. 292HP and AWD for all season fun and it's been tested at 4.4 to 60... I think it's closer to 350HP. All that and it gets over 30MPG and a usable back seat and the pop up LCD for the Nav makes me giggle! It goes like stink but looks like any other of the zillion Audi's here in the North East so it doesn't stand out too much.ETA - because this is the TIA board...I already checked to see if a 2x4x8 can fit through the fold down rear seat and up on the dashboard; it does with room to spare but moving blanket required Just to add this... Not sure why it makes me smile whenever I turn the car on but it does for some reason:
DR99
A new Chevy Malibu or Cruze is in my Future. They just called me saying I qualify for lease pull ahead. I would like a new Silverado, but don't have the cash right now to lease one even though they have pretty decent lease deals right now. DR99
Just to add this... Not sure why it makes me smile whenever I turn the car on but it does for some reason: I love Audi's the RS7 that is one sexy beast!!
JerryNY
Yeah I like all S's, and RS's even more, but I really like the size of the S3 and the Audi magnetic ride even makes the super low profile 19's fine for everyday use
thebookkid
07 Tacoma Access Cab V6 4x2 (next one will be 4x4) with the towing package. When I go full size I really like the 00-07 Silverado Quad Cab six foot bed. Main reason to go full size to me is easily towing over 2000lb.Can anyone explain the appeal of a lowered truck? to me its just stupid as hell.

KnarlyCarl
I don't have any interest in lowered trucks, so I can't explain it either. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk

Dan Sherrin
Im sorta a bit of a hoarder ive got plenty of vehicles..the ones worth a mention is my 1953 jaguar mk 7 "barn find"..I have gained a 2nd parts car and it is about to get a full resto. The red beast is my daily driver,a 1994 VR HSV clubsport, build number 587,5.0 v8,5 speed manual, quite a few mods. The 1974 FJ40 is the beater toy,I built it from a paddock wreck, its powered by a modified ford 250 crossflow 6 cylinder aussie motor..SOA lift,35" micky thompsons, plenty of other mods. The tow vehicle is a 1970 F100 shortbed, and in an example of when USA meets Australia,it has also had a ford 250 crossflow aussie engine conversion. The long term project is the yellow panelvan in the background is a 1977 XC ford falcon GS...it had..yes,you guessed right, the ford 250 crossflow engine too...this engine now powers the landcruiser, and I have a 351 cleveland sitting here ready to go in. im currently getting a 3 car garage build to housee the jag and panelvan,so progress will happen shortly
