  1. My thoughts are possible something from Harbor Freight back in the day. Most major brands like Eric mentioned have a bold style and lettering. This looks like something made under a private label brand.
  2. I'm not thinking well at all. The cordless power tool market is pretty saturated in all markets. I would be curious to see how Flex is doing regarding sales.
  3. Big organizations probably won't take the cleaner. I would try contacting churches and nonprofits they might be able to use it.

    Win Win Win

Sorry for the late reply but I gave you a referral.
  6. Here is a site that sells adapters https://powertoolsadapters.com/ I know the tools still work, but considering the cost and investment in new batteries. Depending on the amount of tools you have it might be a better investment to look into buying something new to replace them. It is wasteful and full on consumerism, but it might make the best financial sense.
  7. I'm sure most of the fuel injected OPE engines were basically throttle body injection. It would be the cheapest way to go cost wise.
  8. Interesting stuff would have been even cooler if they had pricing information. I know someone posted an old Harbor Freight ad and they had name brand tools back then before everything went private label.

    Dewalt Cordless Tools

The only tool brand to release a cordless belt sander was Ridgid https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-18V-Brushless-Cordless-3-in-x-18-in-Belt-Sander-Tool-Only-R86065B/300716202?source=shoppingads&locale=en-US&pla&mtc=Shopping-CM-F_D29A-G-D29A-Multi-Multi-NA-Feed-PLA_LIA-NA-NA-MinorAppl_Special_Buys&cm_mmc=Shopping-CM-F_D29A-G-D29A-Multi-Multi-NA-Feed-PLA_LIA-NA-NA-MinorAppl_Special_Buys-71700000042813121-58700005464629311-92700067963002094&gclid=Cj0KCQiAuvOPBhDXARIsAKzLQ8EEK_GSUNRMVcIw6MDnQalrgkFJJwVJp5T6w8MgZ1ZPrNmjLqlYjAUaAnx9EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
  10. This saw was intended for the DIY crowd. SBD could do a cordless tile saw but the capabilities and price point would be significantly more. It seems like Porter Cable is now exclusive to Tractor Supply as a house brand which seems like a last gasp before the brand either is killed off or retired.
  11. Same thing with using brake clean to clean and de-grease metal. The UV light from welding breaks the chemicals down to phosgene gas which was a chemical weapon they used during WW1.
  12. Just a quick Google search mentions a ton of health issues with welding galvanized steel.
  13. How old are the batteries? Rigid has the LSA if you registered and a battery warranty of 3 years. Hopefully they might be covered under that. I have heard of people manually charging batteries by using certain methods, but they do seem highly risky.
  14. I'm sure that still wasn't a cheap purchase though. I would like to get a Scar but the prices are just crazy.
  15. Merry belated Christmas to the TIA crew!
