  1. Thanks sir! I just love the before and thus far. Blows my mind seeing it like that. I built a small access door out of pine knotty last night. I could see, there was room to glue and assemble. It was warm. I had a Sam Adams
  2. Wow Andrew! I think I have a smaller shop than you You've got the black guy version. I've got the white guy Irish version!
  3. Sorry for the lack of posts recently guys. Samantha and I are working hard on a master bedroom remodel and I've been slowly chugging away at my shop. It's still not done but I'm optimistic that it'll be done sooner than later. I've got an electrician coming in to add a panel for me and wire in some more stuff in the house but I'll have several outlets that I will wire in once the junction box is placed Monday. One more shop light to install. I hope you like it thus far.

  5. Those Besseys look a lot like my Festool quick clamps. Those are awesome! I haven't seen them here in the US thus far.
  6. And less susceptible too water damage. Who in the heck would put MDF down?
  7. Thanks for that! I do hate the wait.
  8. That's a beautiful bevel NER. I ordered two Woodpecker tools but I don't think they'll show until May and June. I got the Paolini rule and theRevision framing square (smaller one). Can't wait!
  9. Hahahahahahahahahaha Comp. I opened up my knee wall upstairs today and found some dungeon porn magazines, cigarette butts and candy wrappers. Ends up maybe fifteen years ago, my house was a rental and the kids cut into the pine knotty board. I knew there was an access panel and wanted to dress it up so I removed the boards and got the surprise. A little disturbing. I wish it was my marbles though
  10. Great job Dwain. You guys did a really comprehensive series of tests! Too bad on Metabo, but really amazed at how Makita is performing better and better.
  11. Still no where near you though!
  12. I got two Cooltainers from uncle bob. Cheaper than the Systainer IV!!!
  13. That's a good offer but a little over his price point! You know they have that Ryobi stand for $59 at HD....my KAPEX rests on it right now. Not a bad stand. I got it because it's cheap and I can save or make a better one at some point.
  14. Welcome aboard Dave! Have fun on your site dude! As far as accents PF....I imagine everyone sounds like they just inhaled helium....it make S me and the seven knife juggling monkeys in my head smile......
  15. Conductor recommended the USA made Tekton hose. I bought it for $15 on Amazon and love it. I'd like to see how yours does PF
  16. I'm thinking your right Comp. That's just stupid crazy. I want to get that Makita brushless jog that NER got and start expanding there but when you look at the saw, one battery and a charger I'm at close to $400! I can get the cordless Carvex for $350 and run it on my 15v batteries. But there is NO WAY IN THE BRIGHT SHADE OF HELL I'm buying a Festool in Canada. No.y smokes!
  17. Yeah NER when I went on that Cnadian site I forgot about the exchange rate. I priced out the cordless jig and was pleasantly surprised. Still have to get a charger and battery so still pricey but there is a definite saving by buying there! Except Festool. Holy smokes they hose the Canadians. WAY more expensive there!
  18. Damian, before you buy that saw verify the amperage of the motor. The HD site says its 13amps then 15 amps. 13amps isn't too bad but I used to have a 7-1/4 Craftsman slider that wood (GET IT....haaaaaaa!) bogged down on wide planks. It'd cut em but just slow down a bit. A new blade will cure that problem. Also Ryobi is a good brand. There are a LOT of people including my Dad who is an awesome finish guy and he uses a lot of Ryobi tools in his home retirement shop. Remember just because you get this saw you can always upgrade the blade and depending on what you want in the future pic up a bigger one later on.
