On that rack I have the Bessey K Body Revo Jr., Bessy K Body Revos, Dewalt XL Clamps (awesome by the way) and six jet clamps. Love them all but the Jets are really slick. Super smooth, heavy duty (they all are) and have built in rulers on the bars. Pricey but really really good I love the K Body Revos too....awesome stuff
Piece of cake Mike, I didnt use plans, I have seen some on line so I took my old router table mount (I have enough for two more with that piece of 3/4" ply and started chipping I slots 1"w x 6"d. I then pocket screwed a backer board and made the shelf supports with square pieces glued and screwed via pocket holes for support. Fun and easy. No plans necessary! I'll probably do another Saturday after I move my friend Christina into her new house. If....IF....my wife lets me leave the master bed remodel and work on my darn shop!
Welcome aboard Paul! It's your site too so have fun contributing and asking. There are a lot of people on the site that really have a great amount of experience to help you out!
Great pick Mikey and if I had to be that is the same one made by Ryobi that my Kapex is resting in. Good stand, solid and the extensions lock pretty tightly.
It sounds like a decent idea. I checked the feedback on Amazon it was all five stars. Interesting because at the time, all of the feedback was on or around the same day. Maybe padding the feedback? It seemed that way to me. Anyways it made me leery enough to wait a while for some feedback from more customers. I will say the product add had a hot blonde on it so it probably is a good tape measure Besides, I love my USA made Stanley Bostich Fat Max, my Milwaukee and all of my Fastcaps. The sales rep told me they are made in China to professional standards.
It's blasting outside right now. I have the holiday off today and I am working really hard with Samantha upstairs and we have to go to my Mother in Laws to drop of some construction debris in their dumpster. That is ago a be cold!
Florida??? God Help me, Samantha wants to move there. One of my brothers and his family and my Mom and Dad are there....all I get...,when are you moving down!
If she needs a compact gun they Fuel has the 1/2" chuck so it shouldn't be a problem. The Bosch DDB181-02 has a half inch chuck and Eric and Dan did a great review of the drill http://youtu.be/C2N0lmDdPK if you think she wants an 18v line.
No doubt Mike. Me too. Today was shoveling and blowing, roof raking an overestimated storm...bout time. We got maybe 8" or so instead of 12-18. So luckily were just under six feet in five weeks. When the green pops up I'll be outdoors working in the garden, doing yard work, building some pergolas p, this is going to be a great spring and summer. It sucks when things slow you down dude.
Yeah dude, that Fuel is really a power house. Quite a bit bigger than the standard M12 but wow it's a brute for such a compact saw. I'd really like to get the brushless recip next but so far this guys is doing me just fine.
Dwain, if she is doing hobby woodworking I'd go with the 12v line. She can get rotary tools, multi tools, jig saws, circular saws......et al. Plus, the M12 Fuel line may as well be an 18v if she needs a more powerful tool. Now..,.SDS, etc.....I'd go 12v!
Poison, great looking little shop there and I really love your overhead wood storage. I am hopefully going to get some more work done in my shop tomorrow and post some update pics but I really love your shop.
Jeremy, I've been doing a master bedroom remodel with my wife. We've been usingmmymM12'FuelmHackzall, currently,my,ONLY recip. Today, I was cutting through nail embedded, doubled up 2x, no problems whatsoever, awesome tool.
Yeah it's -6 right now. We only got about 8-9" as opposed to the 12-18 they were predicting. Blizzard conditions even knowing it stopped snowing a couple of hours ag. High gusts blowing it everywhere. Just wine t for a walk with my wife and buddy Rufus. Friggin' cold cold cold.
