  1. Yeah, I think I may be just about done with Sony...
  2. I hear you... Driving a big white van, lit up like a rave, survey crew ahead signs all over the place, and Gigantor in safety yellow and orange doesn't do much good if some delta-alpha is checking e-mail instead of watching the road...
  3. Yeah, me too. I'm already planning on replacing some trim in the GF's house, just to justify one of these, plus a nailer...

    storage totes

I'll have to look at what mine are. I've broken a bunch of them, but I also loaded the up with a ton of weight... Hand tools, ammo, reloading tools... They don't like being stacked seven high like that...
  5. Jason... Chris... TMI! I wear Carhartt pants almost exclusively. I'm not sized or shaped like a normal person, so they are about the only pants I've found that I can move around in. I used to wear white tee shirts and polos every day, but now I mix it up a little and wear flo orange and green shirts (helps keep me from getting hit when working in traffic) just saw a Blakladder flo yellow raincoat at one of my survey supply companies, and I may see if it's available in 3XL. I wear a SECO survey vest just about every day at work... I may have to take a pic of everything I carry in it, one of these days. Most days in the colder months I wear a flo yellow Willy Boats sweatshirt (still has the drawstrings, though I don't know why). I top it off with a flo orange Carhartt stocking cap whe I'm outside the truck, actually working... I tell ya, I still am amazed that there are a bunch of idiots out there who can still manage to not see a 6'6", 330 lb. guy in head to toe fluorescent safety clothing...
  6. What the heck is the GTA? Greater Toronto Area?
  7. Never. I have access to 18v DeWalt rotary hammers at work, so I don't really need it. Now that you mention it, I'm a little curious how well the hammer function works....
  8. Although I like my Bosch and Milwaukee tools, Team Yellow does have some stuff that's better.... When I get a new sidewinder saw, it'll probably be a DeWalt model with the brake (forget the model number). The Bosch gets horrible reviews and the Milwaukee is too hard to find in the tool Purgatory that is Portland... With tools using 12 and 18 volt Milwaukee and 18 volt Makita, I hope I'll not be adding any more chargers (unless I buy into the IR IQ20v system). But you never know with me... I like my DeWalt angle grinder more than my Makita or Bosch..
  9. Well, I know that Armstrong and CM uni impact sockets are, with the exception of depth, identical...
  10. The only thing even remotely tool-related I received was a certificate towards a new smart phone. I guess it will be easier to surf for new tools during down times at work. Travis: 1. As others have said, the M12 right angle drill is pretty 'meh'. I think I've used mine once. If you want to play with one for a couple of months, you are welcome to use mine. 2. I have the M12 Fuel hammer drill. I like it a ton. 3. I love my M12 Fuel 3/8" impact wrench, but it is certainly not overwhelmingly powerful...

    Merry Christmas

Yeah, man, white caps on the rivers I'll drive over is the only white I'll see...
  12. I've gone 47 years on this planet, and never needed a roto, but I find myself needing a half-dozen or more lately....

    Merry Christmas

    Hey, I resemble that remark!
  14. I would like to get me some Matco pinless universal impact sockets, but that's about all...
  15. Do they ever run any other screaming deals the rest of the year? I missed BF, but would like to pick up some fairly expensive items...

    Merry Christmas

Sorry, I didn't get any further. LOL
  17. Heck, I'm happy just to come here and talk with a bunch of other tool honks, winning stuff is a pleasant surprise! Thanks, Dan, Eric, and Klein!

    Merry Christmas

Huh-huh, huh-huh, you said 'member'... Sorry, had to get my inner Beavis nd Butthead under control. That had to be the most epic rant for a Christmas greeting I've ever read. Nice! But latte? I expected better! Black coffee strong enough to float a horseshoe! Blacker than the hinges of hell! (To quote Louis l'Amour) Merry Christmas to you too, Chris, and all the other guys that hang here!
  19. C-Man, one of those reviews wouln't happen to be their roto-ratchets, would it?
