Whoa, flashbacks to when I was doing some IT work on the side... Made a fair amount of CAT5e cables to run from wall jacks to desktops...

Well, you guys suck. Last week, a sander wasn't even on my radar, now I'm the proud new owner of a Bosch 5" ROS20VSK. Now, do I need to get a 1/4 sheet orbital as well? (Anythnig worth doing is worth overdoing...)

Well, at least they make an effort to appear they're doing something about it! Not actually doing anything productive, but...

Well, yeah, probably. She takes pretty good care of me, and more importantly, tolerates me. Plus, she's a hell of a cook! (how many men have been betrayed by their stomachs?)

I really need to get some more M18 tools. All I have now is just the non-Fuel drill-driver.

I just hope Big Red comes out with a Fuel oscillating tool before I make the jump...

Nah, just a GF, but since I mostly work on her house, she tolerates me and my tool obsession. I'm a champion justifier... I just have to buy her new shoes once in a while...

Gee, I have never wanted a Buell Blast before, but somehow, I'm feeling the, uh, urge for one now...

Looks good, Mr. C! I guess that's a sign of how pervasive the PRC-made lobster claw wrenches have become around here, but the open ends on the wrenches look absolutely svelt!

This probably makes me a huge hypoctate, but I don't buy any of the PRC Vise Grips.... Unless I get them on sale for $5 like they are at Ace right now. I do have maybe a half dozen of the last of the US made Vise Grips, and honestly, I can't tell much difference. I will be picking up some Grip Ons, and some Knipex, sometime in the near future....

So, FNG orbital sander question: is a variable speed handy/necessary, or do you typically just crank it up to 11 and let 'er rip?
