    EDC Knife

Leatherman Wingman when I'm not working, Supertool 300 when I am.
  2. Yeah, good thing he put the other two pics in there. I had a difficult time seeing it in the first pic.
  3. Thought that might be the case, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

    Fuel tough!

I got mine as a BOGO with my angle drill, so I'm not that bummed. But that might have been different if I had parted with actual money for it...
  5. I have clips on all of mine, and I'm sure I'll never use the clip on my 2454. If you have a place to mount it, I could mail it out to you...
  6. Thanks. Probably easier just to order from the interwebs, then.
  7. So are they just carrying Milwaukie stuff, or are they slapping 'Cornwell' on it?
  8. Is it too much to ask for a radio that charges both M12 and M18 batteries?
  9. Nice, but I'm not sure I can justify upgrading from my non-Fuel. And I'm a champion justifier.
  10. I like my M12 stuff a lot... So far I have the Fuel hammer drill, Fuel 1/4" impact driver, Fuel 3/8" impact wrench, Hackzall, and angle drill
  11. Need? What does that have to do with anything?
  12. Damn, once I get all my tool detritus out of storage I'm going to have to count my ratchets. Definitely not 40, but maybe 25. I need to fill out the 1/2" stuff and get some 3/4" stuff as well.
  13. Land surveyor, CAD drafter, sometime IT wonk. The first task mostly requires a pocket tape and a BFH, the second a comfortable chair and mouse, the third, a couple of Phillips drivers and infinite patience... Actually, I got into surveying because of all the cool toys you get to play with...
  14. Well, you could always start on a German, Japanese, or British tool collection. I've been thinking about starting in on buying a little Hazet selection every payday...
  15. I'm not much of an Internet buyer, so I guess I'm lucky there's not a local source that I've found for Proto, JH Williams, Wright....
  16. I think they owe me, because of their damn reviews I'm going broke buying tools! (just kidding, guys. Love the content!)
  17. Hey, it's okay, he has a ratchet strap holding it together (not to the truck, mind you, so it all falls out as a mass)...
  18. It's funny how having kids change you viewpoint on things. I was perfectly content with standard or extended cab trucks, until Little Big Kurt came along. Now, between the airbags in the front seat and a long-legged, tall four year old, I couldn't imagine having a standard cab now.
  19. I guess I can play, but just barely, with a 4.5" angle grinder and some drill bits...
  20. '69 Mach 1! Get it set up so it will go fast around corners and stop on a dime. '77-79 Ford 4x4 Crew Cab, swap in a 12v Cummins, set it up as a hunting/boat towing rig... Big brakes, big tires, big winch and bumper. Love to get a 911 or a Ferrari, but 6'6" tall, 300+ pound guys just don't fit in them...
  21. If I see one in a store, I may pick one or two up, but I probably will not order one. They do look pretty cool, though.
  22. Yep, I have the same set, plus the 3/8" SAE 'Master' set. I need to pick up the metrics fairly soon, I guess. Though the F150 doesn't break much and the CJ7 is mostly inch.
  23. Ain't that the truth. And thank you, algore, for the Internet! I'm 3/4 German ancestry, and a fan of German stuff in general, and now I can obsess over, and buy, all sorts of cool stuff... Metabo, Fein, Hazet, Stahlwille, Gedore, Wera, Wiha, Felo....
  24. Late to the party, but as an Oregon Ducks fan, I find the video-game pace makes most other teams kinda boring to watch. If I want something slow paced, I'll watch baseball. Or golf.
  25. Yeah, you need to convince her you need an 80 gal., 5 HP compressor and a couple of Proto impact wrenches to install the light...
