Would also be nice to see them start putting brushless motors in the 12V stuff. I would love a 12V brushless Impact.

My 36V Hammer drill had this same issue the entire time I had it which was like 5 years. It never effected its operation, just a little aggrevating sometimes.

Well The drill i just bought is Made in China DCD995M2. I think its quality is just as good as the USA one DCD985M2

Is there any REAL difference in quality from the USA made DeWalt tools and the China? Im sure Dewalt has strict quality control even in their "Made In China" Stuff right? Also, lets face the facts, just because its made in the USA doesn't mean that the person assembling it has pride in their work. Could be some 20 year old punk ready to go home and grab a beer with his friends just slapping them together without a care in the world for what he is doing at work.

x2 on the Wera bits. I have had mine for almost 2 years now. Definately far superior to other bits. I would like to see a test comparing Wera bits to the New Dewalt FlexTorq bits.
