  3. all you need to do is google "dwe7480 parts"
  4. is the chain too tight?
  5. whats so bad about the head? push line though hole, and rotate head to wind up the line. pretty darn simple.
  6. follow the little air line to the switch. when the switch is turned off, or when pressure maxes out and motor shuts off, a little lever presses on the little air release valve at the end of that little air line. this relieves the air pressure in the lines, so that the compressor can restart easy on the next startup. one way to see that valve working. get compressor running then disconnect cord. then turn switch to off. you should hear an air hiss sound briefly as pressure is released.

  10. looks like a clip on other end of shaft. open the gear case.

  15. are you draining them too low? out of the 30 or so batteries i have, only one went bad, but it was made in 2014. still works but cant charge.

    i'd contact dewalt again. if the gen looks brand new like you say, then they should help you out.
  17. those are oddball saws that are only available in europe i think. so the play is in the rails? then you should see those little set screws that adjust the bushings.
  18. you have the dcs577 saw? its got a pretty tough plate.
  19. F#ck, at least give the right model number. i'm wasting my time trying to find this thing. its a dcs369.
  20. you cant shoot paslode roundrive nails in that gun??

    unless space is a serious issue for you, why not just buy a seperate miter and table saw?
  22. any grease is better than no grease, but i think any grease that contains moly will be good.
