  1. the pluck foam just aint goina cut it, it gets all mushed down and stinks when it gets damp, we need some dang molded inserts, they could be modular or all one box size i dont care but my stuff is just sliding around in my ToughSystem box's its its makin me upset, the side decal on my impact is getting all scuffed up and my rubber handle cover on my 12 volt bendy saws all has now got a rip in it
  2. Hey DeWalt guys, will you PLEASE make some drawer/box inserts for use out here in the real world? I ( like many others i know that have you ToughSystem boxs ) have got to be able to keep our tools from slip sliding all over the damn box's, come on toss s a bone here. The foam stuff you pluck out sucks, it gets wet and mushy and stinky, the drawer liner for roll around's and shelves dont even last a week, breaks down and moves all over the place, then you try carpet pieces and it gets all balled up in front or back of the box and wet and stinky. You built us a great box and then dropped the ball,we need more .
  3. it wouldnt be the first time Home Depot abandoned there customers, it seams like they sell the heck out of a tool (or in this case a storage box) then leave ya high and dry when you want more. I love the DeWalt impact hole saws, I have bought maybe 100 or so of them, I used to go to the Home Depot down the road to get them and it was a turkey shoot as to weather or not they would have the right size, then one week they had none, just gone forever................ as was this Home Depot customer, now its Lowes for me.
  4. i have never had one fail yet. I use my boxs every single day to and from the truck to the site. My bottom box caries my 20 volt saw's all, my 18 volt metal saw, and my 12 volt mini saws all, with spare batterys for each, its cliped to my top box which has my 20 volt impact and 20 drill, plus a couple chargers and my flash light, so ya there strong
  5. I like the system and its great they are expanding it, what i really wish they would do for both of there storage systems though is to offer some sort of inserts to hold our tools in the box's or drawers, any thing would help. the Tstak stuff is ok for job sites and work areas but not nearly as tough as the ToughSystem stuff still its a good value for the guy who is careful and takes care of his gear
