it is labeled as a standard xc pack. however I have other new packs that are 1.5. it seems I got lucky!

check this out, Samsung 20R cells! Found them in my Milwaukee M18 XC pack!! This means they are 2.0Ah each, high rate cells. That makes this a 4ah pack!
