I was recently given a slightly used 20 volt max compact drill/driver. Today I noticed when I pull the trigger all the way and then slowly let off it sounds like the brake is trying to engage. It jerks and pops loudly until I let off all the way. This only happens in 2nd gear. Is this normal? What should I do if not?
