I recently purchased a used DW734 planer. After using it for about 10 minutes, my garage floor was littered with chips. So, I decided a needed a dust hood and connect it to my shop vac. I looked in the manual and it said that the dust hood was part number DW7331 and it also fit the DW733 planer. So, I found a store that was closing out and bought a "new in box" DW7331 dust hood. After taking it out of the box it doesn't seem to fit. The top edge of the dust hood hits the tool tray. The instructions do not say anything about removing the tool tray. Has anyone had this problem??
