Hi all, I have recently brought a new transport pin for my 708 type 3 sliding mitre saw. The only problem is i have absolutely no idea how to get the thing into the hole. The pin is the one that holds the blade down for when your moving the saw around. I have brought the pin and washer and from what i can gather the only way to insert the pin into its hole is to take the whole carriage apart but i don't even know if i can do it with out any special tools. There has got to be an easy way but i cant work out how to do it. Any ideas ? thanks in advnace
