Hi there. I think i May have an isue with the charger. I just brought a 24v sds from a guy I know and it came with 2x24v air cooled batteries and the air cool charger although when charging the fan only comes on after about 20 mins of charging as the battery warms up. Is this correct or should it be running from the get go. It may be a stupid question but I'm not sure as never owned one before. Thanks graham.

Hi there thinking of doing something like this myself.. Can I ask we're did you get the carpet to cover the ply and the bulk head in. As can only find stupid lengths like 1mx1m and todo the sides and the bulk head it would be all patchy.. Also we're you have the last 2 boxes closest to the back doors what did you do about the wheel well. As they all look perfectly in line.. Thanks G
