  1. I had the brushed and upgraded to the fuel and it does make a big difference. I say spend the extra hundred for the fuel so youre not kicking your self later on.
  2. Paslode has an angled 16g nailer as well, so 16g is a possibility
  3. I have the brushed 6 1/2" and its a great saw don't get me wrong, but a guy at work has the fuel 6 1/2" version and Ive gotta say that the fuel is definitely worth it. In my opinion it has a lot more power and the motor is about half the size of the brushed making it a a lot more compact. Also I like the shoe and readouts on the fuel better than the brushed. But on the other hand if you can find the brushed for the 30 bucks you cant go wrong there.
  4. Man I must of gotten a bad Dewalt bit or something but I was using a #2 phillips bit to drive wood screws and within the first couple screws the bit broke off a tooth. It must of been a bad batch, sounds like I need to try them out again.
  5. I want to get my hands on some more of their hand tools, I have their wire strippers, 11 in 1 and straight cut tin snips. Ive been using them for over a year and no complaints except for the tin snips grips are just held on with double sided tape and one grip keeps falling off. But besides that I cant complain! I cant wait to get more!
  6. Hey guys I was looking around and I stumbled across this and I know that for some people who go through alot of accessories this may be a sweet way to get a free radio or some free stuff. If this was posted before im sorry but heres the link, it goes until June 30th. http://www.coptool.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/mil-q2-accessories.pdf
  7. I wonder when these will be out in stores?
  8. My homedepot had a dewalt upper for 200 last week i was looking at it if it was 125 I probably would of ended up with it but hey I guess i can wait now
  9. Yeah it does look alot like the dewalt one maybe it is but they just added the additional locks and stuff and put the milwaukee name on it
  10. Eric I know you were bummed that Dan got the yellow tool box but hey who needs that get this instead! This looks amazing built in power strips on both cabinets, a peg board on the top! I dont know when they will be in stores but once I find one im getting it... that is when I can afford it! Also I dont know if this was posted before but I saw it and thought it was pretty sweet http://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-46-in-8-Drawer-Steel-Storage-Chest-Red-MWTC4616B2OU/205807923 http://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-46-in-8-Drawer-Rolling-Steel-Storage-Cabinet-Red-MWTC4616B2OD/205807921
  11. I was looking around on youtube and I stumbled upon this! I dont know if anyone has seen it but I thought Id share it with the forum. Here is a link, too bad is isnt sold in the US.
  12. So I was watching the tool talk and I was just curious if anyone knows a little bit of the story of TIA. Because I know in the older videos it was Eric and someone else and it was professional power tool guide. Maybe Dan or Eric will see this and elaborate a little bit about how they started and what not or maybe someone knows a little bit of the TIA history.
  13. Today I stopped over at Blain's Farm and Fleet and they are currently having a pretty sweet deal on some DeWALT 18 and 12v kits and corded tools. It looks like you trade in a drill and they give you a pretty good discount on one of their kits or corded tool. This deal has been going on for a while I dont know if anyone has posted about it but it ends May 4th. Heres the link to the flyers http://www.farmandfleet.com/promotions/flyer_detail.aspx?fid=822#.U0Hr0vldXyg you may have to arrow over to see the other flyers.
  14. That a pretty sweet deal, I like how their tape measures have the magnet and the readings on both sides of the tape... I just wish I needed a new one!
  15. Woah I never knew that Ryobi had a cordless miter box! Does anyone know how well they work and how many cuts you get on average?
  16. I personally think it is worth getting the hammer drill version because like you said its only a little more money but you will always have that function to fall back on. Instead of always kicking yourself down the road where you wish you just spent the extra 20 bucks for a compact hammer drill.
  17. I was actually curious about the same thing, I do have the heated jacket and I must say if you are outside for a decent amount of time you NEED the bigger M18 battery packs because the run time on high with the M12 is nothing to brag about. That just my opinion
  18. Hey Guys, I've been watching TIA for a while now and their reviews actually helped get me into the M18 line and just recently I figured I should actually help support them by making a youtube account and joining their forum. I'm currently a student studying construction management and over the summers I work in the city of Chicago helping renovate condos ( drywall work, cabinets, minor electric, finish work and all that jazz). I cant wait to learn from you guys and maybe share some projects I've been apart of. Its nice to finally be able to help contribute to TIA!
  19. Man that is sweet! Milwaukee has been killing it with both the M12 and M18 lines but as Dan says Milwaukee goes for "Disruptive Innovation" and I think this definitely falls under that category.
  20. Also that is an awesome picture Javier!
  21. Seriously tools get addicting quick, especially with all of the new products Milwaukee has been coming out with I wish they had like a trade in option or upgrade, because I have the M18 brushed and man what I would do to trade all mine in for the fuel versions.
  22. Yeah I figured that out the email was full of grammatical errors and lacked punctuation. But I hope so
  23. Man that's a pretty nice collection you have there... I jumped the gun on my tools, I needed them but I wish I could of waited for the fuel line to come out.
  24. I really want the new radio at work we have a couple of the older version and its such a pain that the older radio doesn't charge batteries.
  25. I don't know if anyone has posted about this but man would it be nice if Milwaukee came out with a cordless 18v nail gun. I mean DeWalt and Ryobi already have, I wonder what is taking Milwaukee so long to jump on the bandwagon. I emailed them a couple weeks ago about it and they said they aren't currently working on making one and then just sent me a link of their palm nailer.
