  1. I ran across this on amazon and thought it was an amazing deal. I think the price is the same no matter where you look, but a quality 6 point set with both SAE and Metric for $87 is a deal. You can see my review with pictures on there as well. http://www.amazon.com/GearWrench-81923-28-Piece-Combination-Non-Ratcheting/dp/B004IQSETQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1425069556&sr=1-1&keywords=gearwrench+6+point+28
  2. I was wondering if anyone knows if the Dewalt 20v batteries are interchangeable with the B&D 20v batteries. What are the differences / if any. I am wondering because I am considering purchasing the B&D auto-sense drill to keep in the drawer at home, but would like to charge its batteries on my Dewalt 20v charger. I know Dan and Eric have the Dewalt 20v tools and the Auto sense drill and thought it could be a cool video to see if the Dewalt charger will reduce the 4 hour black and decker charge time on the auto-sense drill.
  3. Thanks! I was expecting it to be quiet, but that thing is really really quiet.
  4. I was wondering if anyone did any kind of a break in procedure for their jc10 air compressor. I could not find any information online. I have heard of people on different brands keep their tank drain open and let it cycle for 30 minutes. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations?
  5. I have been using HF 301 pc mechanics tool set for over a year and have been very happy with it. I have used the ratcheting wrenches with a cheater bar and have yet to strip the gears. I do not have impact sockets either and have yet to bust one of these sockets with a 1/2 inch impact wrench. I only paid $160 for the set and it paid for itself the first time I changed my brakes and rotors. Harbor freight is hit or miss, but so far the pittsburgh wrenches and sockets have been great.
  6. I appreciate the comments. I am studying at Auburn University, and graduate in May.
  7. This being my first post I would like to introduce myself. I am a DIY'er with an obsession with tools. I buy tools first, then decide what I am going to do with them. I am currently a student studying construction management. Whenever I get a chance I am always building or fixing something. Here are some sidewalks I recently did. This is the first time I have ever worked with concrete. I spent hours on youtube learning tricks and discovering what tools I would need. I poured the sidewalks by the house first, 7 yd pour . And I poured the pads behind the barn another day, 8yd pour. I probably could have poured them both the same day but being my first time I decided to take it slow. Let me know what you think!
