  1. Where was that when I was trying to clear 5 acres?
  2. That was my first notice that this guy was mentally unstable! Who in their right mind throws out a HF coupon, what an atrocity.
  3. I agree with removing the spring. I have a Triton TRA001 mounted in my table and I removed the spring before I installed it. I have 2 other routers for hand work, and am going to build a horizontal router table for my Hitachi M12v2. I'm able to raise and lower the Triton through the top of the router table without a lift.
  4. I've also downloaded several manuals at www.owwm.com and over at www.hammerwall.com as I tend to buy older, all metal tools and manuals are scarce.
  5. Do they live in Florida as well? If so, it depends where in Florida they live because of elevation issues. There have been several instances here in the state of fiberglass pools uprooting and coming out of the ground. If they're in a higher elevation area like we are, then it shouldn't be a problem. We have an 18x36 in-ground made of concrete blocks under marcite. It's been there since 1975 and still works great.
  6. Over at www.owwm.com / www.vintagemachinery.org they have an extensive list of manufacturers for Craftsman relating to the model numbers. It's an excellent site to determine what the age of your older tool is.
