  1. I really had to talk myself down on this one, ended up getting a pair of the cobalt cutters and a pair of the orbis cutters. Also picked up a couple blow guns from the clearence section too. Good find man!
  2. I have one of the life proof cases on my phone and although it can be annoying to type on sometimes the case was definitely worth it. If I wasn't on call most the time though I would probably just have a simple phone and leave it at home most the time.
  3. I use my Dewalt one way more than I ever thought I would. I originally bought it just as a fuel gauge for my lower 1.5 ah batteries but I started taking it anytime I have to roadtrip for work to charge up my ipad.
  4. I went to home depot last night to use a $20 gift card to get some ice melt and a pair of gloves. Ended up leaving the store with a Bosch gll2 laser level, pair of gloves, and a couple flashlights. The worst part is I forgot to use the gift card and didn't even get the ice melt because they were out of it! I don't even know what happened in there lol.
  5. Nothing beats the first time you use a new tool and it lives up to the hype you gave it.
  6. Those are pretty sweet pliers, congrats to the winners.
  7. Mine are suppose to be delivered today
  8. I've have the harbor freight ones with the same type of open end design and they worked fine for what I was using them on. Definitely were a lot quicker that using a normal open end wrench but I don't think you can really put a ton of torque on them. I've checked out the Husky ones last time I was in HD and they seem to be a better finish than what was on the Harbor Freight ones.
  9. Auto Mechanic is about the number one thing I would like to learn. I would love to have the space and time to mess around with some older cars and get them running well.
  10. I'm right next to lake erie myself and I'm loving this weather. I bought a new snowblower this year that I can't wait to try out but other than that I am perfectly content having a green winter.
  11. I bought a pack of the diablo pruning blades a few years ago, they have worked really well for keeping a willow tree at bay. The blades last a really long time too, I just spray them down with wd-40 after to clean off any sap from the branches.
  12. I'm hoping to find one of these on clearence after the holidays but I doubt they'll be any left. I have a few of each tool there but at the right price it never hurts to have spare spares....
  13. I work in IT and I have been using the linesman style ones as my everyday carry now. The cutter on them exceeded my expectations too, can't wait until they get a little more broken in.
  14. I really like the new radio, definitely high on my list of things I want to get but can't justify yet.
  15. I have the slip-joint version and they work pretty well. I ordered the largest ones from Engineer over a month ago and I am still waiting for them to be delivered. I think it would be really cool if they came out with a vice grip type version of the pliers, seems like that would really be use full for tough screws.
