everytime when I ordered something from Lowes - it came from the store, so they prolly send it from the warehouse to the store and then to the customer. ya you are right, amazon is just everywhere....ya it depends on where the next item is located/ stored or which warehouse has the item. ya here my local HD doesn't really carry Bosch tools, just drill bits, jigsaw blades etc... next lowes is 45mins away and even this store has Bosch tools, but more to the lower end. most of the time I drive to a further Lowes, which is really big and this one has way more variety in Bosch tools. I called it the super lowes Ya Lowes are rare on deals - but when they have some, then they are good. specially during the black Friday and x-mas holidays.

ya I was wondering that too. because of that reason I like to order via amazon. 2 day shipping same with lowes, I ordered a tool and I received it within 2 weeks - just ridiculous.

I will receive the items in 10 days. HD takes forever to send items over to the west coast. When I bought my miter saw, I got 1 day overnight for free - received it on the next day

I love my Bosch GCM12SD. So convenient to have it flush against the wall. Just install some nice shop lights in your basement and you wont have a problem anymore .P

@bddhome: why would you fasten the floorboards from underneath? I would just use some screws and fasten the boards down, he said they put carpet on it anyways I seen the vids from the old house as well to repair squeaky floor, good method. @ BK13: u can still say you need a tracksaw, because some boards are damage and need to be replaced

@ regopit: thanks for the info - now I learned something new @ chad: I just bought the house 1 year ago. I don't think it will be such a problem with the expanding/ permit etc. friend of mine did the same with his garage but hes always busy and he also got a baby 2 days ago.
