Radios unfortunately only have a 1 year warranty. I guess they expect them to be thrown off of the roof of a garage or a really tall ladder, not that anyone would do that around here...
It's because Milwaukee doesn't manufacture them. The Hong Kong manufacturer that does also makes radios for Hilti and Metabo.

From the manual:
A little trial and error will show you what is the optimum setting for the situation.
I guess you can't expect much from a $20 Walmart drill.

There is no G series imapct wrench.

Did you guys see this? It's on their fb page. Of course no details on the battery itself though.
There are actually several more photos of the battery on this page too. No idea if its something new or not?
It says right in the description.
"Protective cover helps prevent battery contamination"

Are we sure that this new OPE line will rely on regular block batteries? Since Makita's new battery platform is aimed toward the pro market, couldn't they surprise us by deciding to offer exclusively backpacks?
Some other manufacturers seem to be going that route... Oregon 120v, Ego professional, also some Husqvarna's top tier tools have no battery slots and can only be powered by a backpack battery.
They already have a backpack battery for the X2 tools.

No reason they might not continue down that path.

hate to get a drywall router tangled in that mess, sawzall with a carbide blade works pretty good
I think you are talking about a different tool. The XDS01Z is not a drywall router.

But I wonder why 58V in the first place? 3x18V would be 54V. Kornomaniac its been over a year you first reported about 58V do you have any update?
DeWalt flexvolt batteries are 20V/60V max. Which is the same as 18V/58V.

58v batteries for a new pro OPE line confirmed !
So I was pondering this again. Just some wild speculation...but, any chance Makita releases a 58V OPE line, the batteries have some type of multi volt capability, and the reason we are seeing new X2 tools with wider spacing at the batteries is because they are designing these tools to be forward compatible with a future, wider 18V/58V multi volt battery?
Anyone?

Those are just every possible way to put 2 batteries on a tool . You'll find those in most patent applications
I don't think its just an alternate design for the XRH07, the patent was just filed. I have a feeling it will turn out to be a 1 3/4" - 2" hammer. DeWalt has one coming out soon, i'd be surprised if we didn't see Makita come out with one next year.

Has anyone been able to locate the dust nozzle for the Makita 12V circular saw?
