Barcode label on the box says csb142lzk..... defiantly not the saw I have.

My dad bought it for my and insisted that it was a 14 amp because that is what he thought he got, I think the display was for a 14 amp. That's why I'm so confused...... I had to look twice to make sure I was reading 15amp then I noticed my saw and the 14 amp ones are visually different. Its defiantly a new model I would assume with no advertisement whatsoever.

any idea why its not listed on HD or RYOBI's site? or any site for that matter a Google search comes up with nothing.

Where did you find that? I have not been able to find a thing about this saw almost thought I had a one of a kind!

All similar looking saws on the HD site have black painted bases this one appears to be aluminum. The nearest HD is 50mins from me so I have not stopped to look.

I really don't think that's the is case. The box and label on the saw both say 15 amp. It even has a unique part#

I received this saw for Christmas however can not find any info online, according to the box and label on the saw it is 15amp. has anyone heard of or seen this saw before?
