hello, i have makita screw driver BTD 146 few days ago something smoked from it inside, i open it and i mention the burn area is on the mosfet located on the switch. i cant find anyware which mosfet is it, any one can help with it? give me its model? i have tried to switch to mosfet i had lay around, but it wont work, when connecting the power supply and push the switch the led is turn on but the motor wont start. am i right is it just the wrong fet? any idea anyone? thanks in advanced
