Try using rebar cutters https://www.boschtools.com/us/en/boschtools-ocs/rebar-cutters-22558-c/ I'm drill concrete with rebar and steel embedments the best method it core drill with water but a cheap alternate would be a rebar cutter drill with standard Masonary bit until you hit the rebar then use the rebar cutter should have any issues. Get a v grove diamond blade for a 4" grinder chase the cracks and fill then in with an epoxy crack filler depending on the width of the crack you can use a product called cement all its a heavy duty non shrink grout Home Depots stock it . The egros helped but the valve for all the bases in the kit . Sometimes I run into odd ball jobs and feel like it would come in handy which it has. But the Bosch was solid wish they offered a lot like Makita overall I'm happy with the Makita has always come thru Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just my opinion over the years of tools I used and felt were good hope this helps Dewalt miter and table saw worth every penny Porter cable had a pancake for 17 years before I replaced it and at 99 you can't go wrong Compact router go with Bosch colt although I have the Makita now I would have gone back if I didn't invest in the Makita kit Multi tool started with a Bosch then got the fein both great tools my brother inlaw has the job max and loves it Laser pls Dewalt or Milwaukee both great sanders. Bosch makes nice ones to If you can a afford it go with Hilti if not Bosch is solid in rotary hammers Again this is just my option from my time using all different types expensive tools to the harbor freight specials. The woodworking shows are going around. If you have the time see if a show is in your area it's best place to try all the tools you want and get a deal.
