I work outside in Minnesota. All year round I was wondering what you guys have come across as far as glove Liners to keep the feeling in my hands.. lol or just winter glove in general that still allows you to pick up screws from the tool belt and be able to use my hands and fingers. I have a 5/16 --6" bit that goes into the impact and magnet fell out today when I was 30 stories up in a swing stage so not sure where she fell to but does anybody know of a place that's sells those small magnets that fit in the tips there...
