  1. Try offer up, I’ve had good luck Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. The older cells 18650 cells shouldn’t charge at the higher amps it shortens their lifespan, the newer 21700 can handle a higher amperage charge Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Thats a rotary burr bit for a die grinder
  4. Lots of people buy combo kits and get good deals, then break them up and sell them that way. Good chance that's the case
  5. If you have a Farm and Fleet I've seen them just selling belt clips, I'm sure they are the newer style
  6. Try a test piece before you use it on your main project to get a feel and depth removal, i don't have one but from what I've seen it look like a type of planer but i would be careful with gouging the surface
  7. I believe a few older Makita tools were available in their color red from time to time, I’ve seen a few before like that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Out of all the tool companies I think Milwaukee is the best with this, they eat their woods that all their batteries fit all their tools, when the 9.0 came out this authorized fixes for a few tools like lights it wouldn’t fit in, good on them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. If it’s a 4 1/2” blade which I think it is Rockwell makes metal cutting blades for their versacut saw Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yea I haven’t seen a single size comparison, I’d like to see how the drill stacks in size with the Mak subcompact Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Try ereplacementparts.com or toolbarns sister site I think is called toolpart or toolpartsdirect.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Scroll saw blades are all universal, two types either pinned or pinless, pinkness being the better blade Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Yea I remember seeing that video... my reaction was nearly 2 years after the tools has been on the market tried and true it smokes? Yea... okay I ran that tool a good amount of time and put it through its paces, ran way cooler than any red impact I've ever used. Those guys need a mute button if you ask me.. a reason alone I've really shied away from Youtube for a while, giving people that enjoy tools and playing with them a bad name...
  14. I have both, Gen 3 Milwaukee is very powerful maybe more than the Makita but lets put this into perspective... what would you rather drive everyday? An oversized V8 muscle car that can't make corners, rides like crap but when you put your foot on the gas it just goes Or a refined smaller biTurbo V8 that makes a lot of horsepower but has the luxuries and comforts that you don't feel the bumpy road. Thats how I view the Man verse the Milwaukee, the Milwaukee is just straight up power, good amount of feed back and vibration but balls to the wall power, the Makita will keep up, but is so much more refined and more comfortable to use, more on board electronics for various modes, a little slimmer and about the same length. They are both awesome impacts don't get me wrong but you can tell Makita knows their stuff with impacts, the chuck keeps the bits to near zero wobble.
  15. I’ve never over heated them and I’ve put the drill under some heavy load too running some bigger hole saws Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Like everyone else here I buy buy and buy and never sell so I have quite a few tools to move through. I’ll post a list here, serious buyers DM me and I’ll send pictures, all tools are baretool unless noted and on very good shape. Milwaukee M12 Fuel Hackzall $80 M12 Gen 1 Fuel Hammer Drill $50 M12 Gen 2 Fuel Drill $70 M12 Gen 2 Fuel Impact $70 SOLD M18 Gen 2 Fuel Hammerdrill $70 M18 Gen 3 Fuel Impact Driver $100 M18 6 1/2” Fuel Circular Saw $100 SOLD M18 7 1/4” Gen 1 Fuel Circular Saw $130 M18 D Handke Jig Saw $80 M18 Fuel 3/8” Impact Wrench $100 SOLD RIDGID Palm Impact Driver with 2.0 battery and charger $50 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. Yup, insanely smooth, quick shift button is programmable, I have the gen 3 Milwaukee too powers similar but the Makita is so much more refined its like Milwaukee’s a loud v8 muscle car and the mak is a German sports car, both will get you in a hurry but ones much more refined Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  18. My guess is the drill isn’t set up for star batteries, the older 3.0 did not have the protection of the newer packs so older tools won’t accept a star protected pack like the 5.0 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  19. I’m thinking we’ll see a price drop in the next 6 months, pricing is just too high, even the drill as great as it $350 for a drill and no battery? I could buy 3 Dewalt 996s for that price and get similar performance Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  20. Check eplacementparts.com, it’s a long shot but if they have the tool on there they’ll have an exploded view Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. Same battery same tool different sticker, 20v here in the states isn’t really 20v unless it’s a fresh unused pack off the charger, test any other 18v tool battery and the results are the same. European laws are stricter than US so they have to market them as 18v, they add the XR (only used for brushless high end line in the states) to differentiate from the older nicad 18v XRP line. 22. JimboS1ice

    5.0 dead 😭

That’s a bummer, should get replaced depending on production date but we’re early enough in the year for the 3 year on the battery Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I’ll have to add them to my harbor freight approved list ha ha I’ll check them out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Matchfit vs t track it’s almost one in the same with what you can do, maybe a little more cost effective with matchfit but I’ve seen some pretty ingenious set up with the match fit, basically a fancy dovetail system. Rails have more options, either one would get dog holes too, with the rails I would worry about getting glue and stuff in them, at least a dovetail just zip the router back through. I have seen his bench vice that thing is awesome Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Yea got them the other day... first impression... shit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
