  1. Just to go off topic what's are them marker pens called in the video that the bloke used to mark round the drill ? They have a thin section near the tip ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I'm a bosch fan and have a lot of l boxx's and they do there job well but I bought a couple of dewalt tough boxes and they are so well built and kind of put the l boxx's to shame a little in the build quality and being waterproof Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. With ph2 I prefer a great fitting bit rather then one that lasts ages but doesn't quite fit right which a lot don't ! For that reason I like the dewalt extreme ph2 50mm long ones they fit perfect Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I agree I have a lot of flashlights but my fenix head torch is my go to light ! I have these flashlights Fenix = hl30 Pd32 ue Pd35 tac Tk35 Ld12 Skyray king Inova X1 , x5 and x2 I have got a nitecore head torch but it packed up in 2 weeks so sticking to fenix as they have never let me down Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Maybe but Ive only been using the 50mm ph2 bits and they last and are great fit and maybe the pz2 bits aren't as good ? I will try the new shockwaves when they are released in the UK as they look good and hopefully they are priced the same as the older ones as in the UK you can't knock the price just shame about the sloppy fit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. They do the job well for me and for the money I can't complain especially compared to the shockwaves Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Yeah I love the ph2 so try them and see what you think the fit is brilliant and not broke one yet Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. These ones Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Well I'm only going on the ones we get in the UK which are The new Dewalt extreme ones but they are the same as the flextorq you get in the U.S. But we can't get the max fit ones either way they batter the Milwaukee ones ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Y Yes I think you must be using the original Dewalt impact bits the best ones are the new flextorq ones the ph2 fits like a dreamSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Yes I have the Bosch carbide blades and they get you out the s#!t at times but make sure you let the blade do the work as any pressure on the blade and the teeth chip off easily as they are brittle one problem with carbide teeth but they are awesome Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Another one of mine is watching people using impact drivers and watching how they always snap bits from over tightening screws ! My brother does this all the time , we use bay pole screws in the UK not sure if they are called that in the U.S. But that are pan head self drilling screws used for fixing through reinforced window frames and my brother doesn't take his finger off the trigger when the screw is seated instead he keeps driving it a split second to long and wonders why he snaps bits or worst the screw and with them being ph2 bits it doesn't take much doing ! 13. Just wondered what people's pet hates on the job site are ? I will start with one of mine it may sound petty but it makes my blood boil when I have a new tool like an 18v impact and my mate uses it but when he puts it back down instead of standing it back up on its battery he just lays it on its side in dirt or gravel or just on the bare concrete floor !! I know this won't affect the tool but God surely it's just as easy to stand tools up ?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Yes that's trueSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I wish in the UK they built timber houses as they must be nicer to work on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. The Bosch blades only fit on the Dewalt tool using the supplied adapter and Allen key to bolt it on the underneath of the tool , you can't cut a slot in the bosch blade to fit it on the Dewalt as the holes around the Bosch blades are different spacing to the Dewalt blades I've tried it as I have a Bosch and my friend has the Dewalt but his Dewalt 18v came with the adapter to bolt Bosch blades on the bottom ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I've got the tough box organiser as a screw tray and can't be more pleased as no screws pass from one box to another and it's a bomb proof case so will last years Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Lithium cells deteriorate faster in the heat and for longer life being kept cool is recommended Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Would love it if bosch made a 36v mitre saw ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Here in the UK metabo is as big as Dewalt and bosch and metabo tools are great and I think their batteries are above all the other brands , these new lihd batteries kick out more power then any other lithium batteries out there Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. That's why then ! I like the new high AH batteries Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. My Bosch 5 ah on the grinder makes it spin faster then my 3 ah's and it's noticeable Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
