Looks like I'll be grabbing 72 of them next time I get something from Amazon. Thanks Jimbo. They're back ordered but if you get 36 for that price even a month or two down the road, it's a steal.
Carl I've washed and dried this many times and they have no problem, wet surface it's poorly advertised, I'm my experience the tip can get wet but it'll still work.

I'm guessing chemical storage tank for a factory? That's one pretty chunk of steel. Can't imagine the bill on that one.

Nothing quite like that smell. [emoji108]haha don't kid yourself, I wasn't one of the ones grinding I wore a white hat and made sure they were grinding...lol

Lol, her bio was an interesting documentary to watch.I swear I see Temple Grandin in one of those pictures.....

Well I'm going to go ahead and believe you. The grinders that I work with don't see that kind of action so you are more qualified than me for industrial use of that magnitude. Longest I ever spent grinding was probably about 10 hours straight maybe third day on the job. Now that I think about I was using a Milwaukee grinder with a cut off wheel and a Makita with a pearl fan (flap disk) on it.back in the day before the cordless tools took off with any battery platform we had a shop with well over 70 guys grinding 12 hours a day and the only grinders that would last any amount of time were the Milwaukee and the Walters..... Makita and Port Cables were pretty much a waste of time, granted that was a few years ago now and mostly 7" grinders... but I am a firm believer that is why I bought into the Milwaukee line when I did.....

I've dealt with cast iron septic pipes, never sewage pipes though. At least not human sewage anyways....Ha, well I guess my job is just too clean then! Except for the times I'm in a trench fitting together sewer pipes. .... buuut I can see myself buying more tape measures in the future ☺

Sweet haul. Been looking at that OMT myself but I can't seem to find a possible use for it in my line of work.

Whats this ships within 1-3 months?

I have one in each tool bag. When I'm welding and have my welding gear bag with me I don't want to dig through my other bags and get grease and manure over everything to get to my tape in my electrical bag. That and I'm a tool addict and I buy ones that are on sale to see if they're worth their salt.Nice line up, I have the awesome Milwaukee 25' for work and a Stanley 25' at home, don't get why you gotta have so many ha

That graphite Stanley ball pein has been to hell and back for me. Love that thing. Super jealous of the snap ons.Estwing and Bostitch antivibe for claw hammers,Estwing engineer hammer,Some circa 1990's Craftsman ball peins with hickory handles, stanley ball pein with graphite handle, A large assortment of SnapOn deadblows.

As u can see I have both and love both. Wouldn't give up either of them.Who needs subs in the trunk when you got a tough system!

I'm an all around estwing guy but what's in your bags/belts/boxes? Stilettos? DeWalts? Stanley's, bostitches, Pittsburgh, vaughan, dalluge, or others? Lemme know what and why. Not in the market, just curious.

Mine is the 25' Stanley with the sharpie'd over logo.

Yeah I was torn between them and the tektons for a few less bucks but I couldn't justify Cr-V over Cr-M. I'll put these sunex sockets through the rounds and see how they are and if its worth upgrading my 1/2 drive collection to them too. The cases will be nicer than my current system.I have the two 3/8 sunex sets too. They don't skip sizes and they cover a wide variety of sizes. I think that they went from 5/16 to an inch and 8 to 24mm. If I remember right I gave about $90 each. Mine have both the shallow and deep sizes too. They fit very tight too. Let us know how you like them.

I'll start buying Milwaukee grinders when and only when I can get two for $70. Tbh though I use a Milwaukee, Makita, and a Hitachi at work. All are great. The Milwaukee is the go to grinder purely because it is the most powerful. As far as grinders go a higher amperage grinder will beat a lower amperage, yeah I know amps doesn't always equal power, but you won't have any bad luck with a name brand grinder. You know why Comp its only "whisper" only half as good as a Milwaukee grinder. Welp I'm in trouble now!! J/K Makita fans I had to say it!!

Was definitely the adapters fault. Put one of my regular non-pittsburgh adapters on and it holds just as nice as the DeWalt. Ordered two sets (sae and mm) of 3/8 drive sunex Cr-M sockets with my tax refund to get rid of the adaptor and Pittsburgh factor entirely. Pics to come Wednesday on those. That's little guys a beast, don't have that model but usually on friction rings I don't have the problem of them coming off,

Dude that's pimp. Who makes a tool like this? Could've used this a few times myself.I'd say it's not substantially different than existing tools on the market, just made to suit me a little better, and certainly cheaper.

It's a shame that Moore's law doesn't apply to every part of our tools.I believe they are there now but why ruin the party, baby steps they can release 5 or more versions first.......
I remember awhile ago there was a ATI video card with 64mb of Ram on the card, at the time 128 Mb was insane, some young guy played with it and found out the card already had 512mb of Ram but just needed to be unlocked.......that kinda through a wrench into their marketing campaign....

I know some people will disagree with me but those are some nice grinders. In a fab setting its really nice to have one for a solid grinding wheel and a pearl fan or cut off wheel on the other because of how frequently you swap you'd have a ridiculous amount of downtime.

In all seriousness jersey girls are bitchy as heifers but they're very genial and easy on equipment and facilities after they first calve. A lot smaller than heifers. Jersey bulls are mean as hell and worth absolutely nothing to anyone. They are sold as calves. You see I am not a farmer so I didn't now that. I literally thought Holsteins were going to be the milking cow for the next thousand years. I guess a jersey is what you get when aliens take over the farm. So they got an mean streek do they, I'll just call them big fat jerkey. Imagine me with a baseball bat in my hand and doing the matrix hand gesture come here make my day b***h. Its like two can play this game, lets see who wins. Batter up, swing batter swing. Oh looks like you've lost there big fat jerkey butt, who's your daddy? Me thats who, thats right, make you think twice before messin with me, my brains are 3 times the size of yours, what!

I love clean metal. It looks like he even does custom chassis for the old fords. Does he still gas weld the seams and use lead as body filler?
