Wow thanks guys! Really looking foward to learning some experience and knowledge from you guys! And giving out few of my experience as well! @KnarlyCarl, I majored in architecture science, and during my practicum my instructor was desgning a house for a client, so I basically helped designed it. And after my practicum ended, my instructor recommended me to the comtractor that was going to be working on the house. So I went from design to build, which is what I want to do! And later on, if my business is more stable I would like to go back to school.

Hey everyone, my name is Lance from Canada. Been in the contracting business not too long. Started my own design and construction recently. Quite lucky that my whole process was helped by lots of people, and got me started on the right track. Would really like to discuss different topics with you guys!
