  1. We're taking an exclusive look at the Festool Kapex KS 60 sliding compound mitre on our YouTube channel this evening at 9pm GMT. We'd love you to join us or take a look after and let us know what you think. https://www.youtube.com/user/skillbuilderchannel
  2. We recently reviewed this Festool plunge saw if anyone fancies taking a look.
  3. Hi all, thought some people might be interested in a little video we made at Bosch in the UK recently. Talking about the future of cordess power tools among other things. Cheers.
  4. The most telling thing about that Sawzall is the low vibration. If you get hold of that saw and another recip from some other manufacturer. Hang one down off each hand arms down by your side and fire them up, then get someone to place a hand on each of your shoulder blades. It is amazing to feel how much vibration runs up each arm. With a blindfold test you would know immediately which has the lowest vibration by a big margin. Oh sorry I have just seen the video is about cordless chain saws. Doh!
  5. In the UK Hilti doesn't do an 18 volt drill so it can't be included in an 18 volt test but I agree that the Hilti is a very good drill. I visited their factory in Lichtenstein and every single drill is run up and tested to check the current it draws and measure the heat. As for Ryobi, It comes out of the same stable as Milwaukee so in the U.K they makes sure it is only sold as a DIY tool. They don;t want any competition for their flagship brand.
