  1. It's just weird. I think it has to do with more than just the government mandate, since basically about just everywhere else in the entire World they have the option and Milwaukee's big in Europe so obviously people like it. Regardless Milwaukee sure at least give us the option it shouldn't just be one way and that's it. there's no reason they can't offer a few tools they have in normal and dust collection options. And things like the case it makes no sense how it's different everywhere else and especially the handtools how they have different handtools and theirs are black and red and ours are just red. why make all these different things very weird
  2. Yea @JerryNY I really wish they came in boxes... but this place gets them in bulk so only bags. I got these ones from http://www.kinequip.com/ But after ordering realized there is a place close to me that sells them cheaper and they come in boxes. They are called ADI, I got the following pricing from them, not sure if its the best but better than i paid and like the boxes to stack them. -- 221-412 $19.72 per box of 100 -- $0.19 each -- 221-413 $12.35 per box of 50 -- $0.24 each
  3. What do you guys think of these? I am not talking about the nice ones that come with special nice setups like the Dewalt track saw or Festool, but rather ones that are universal. For example I have a Milwaukee jigsaw & fuel circular saw and they don't make any tracks that work with either well as far as i have seen. Are any of the ones like these E. Emerson Tool Co. one's any good? I saw these and they looked nice for the price & come in variety of sizes. Also looks like they come in different track styles -- CLICK HERE - link to a bunch of them
  4. wow, now that's a lot of PB & J sandwiches... haha.
  5. I have Milwaukee so i almost always just go with Milwaukee. Since all there tools are amazing, the best in my opinion I always look there first
  6. This is a picture of the M12 how it comes when you buy Milwaukee in Germany. There are many different versions of each of the tools depending on where they are being shipped in the world. -- updated, M12
  7. Yes i agree. The 7 1/4" has that nice side cutout. The only reason that the 6.5" shoots it out the front is b/c the hole in the front. if you notice one of the parts of the conversion is a front plug. This way the dust will come out the back. The majority of the time I will just use the saw normal & the saw will not always have the majority of that black part on there. It basically all clicks together so it will just be a hole (which i am not able to find a pic of) in the side like the 7 1/4" one. -- added more pics in OP.
  8. So for those of you who dont already know the Milwaukee tools that we buy in the USA are different then most of the rest of the world. When i say different i personally think ours are lacking in features. For example our fuel cases are red in the USA. Elsewhere they are black and much different. Our hand tools are red and theirs are red and black. This thread is about the Fuel circular saws. Below are pictures of our saws vs theirs, they have the ability to connect a hose and from the videos i have seen have almost zero dust (great for cutting indoors or just not having to clean up). There is Very Little info on any of this online, basically Zero info (this will be the first thread online with comparison pictures & info out there). I will be converting my new Milwaukee Fuel M18 circular saw (2730-20) into a CCS55 (this is what they call theirs). After a TON of searching, emails, phone calls, & becoming friends with a friends friend who lives in the UK who visits me each year... I have found a repair facility who will be sending me all the parts i need. I found out its more than just popping the other side on mine. It looks like it is going to cost be about $40 to do everything (not bad for the ability to use the saw normally or have the ability for dust collection). I know this is not for everyone, but for those of you interested, I hope this helps. Here is a side by side of the 2 saws (I will be converting mine from the one on left to right): Here is a side by side of the 2 kits (United States vs everyone else): This is the main difference a lot of people have been talking about, the better cases they have: Here are a few pics of their cases (refereed to as Dyna cases): ------------- Below are some of the pages I was told are ok to share from the scanned document: I will update this thread as i get more info and all the info & parts needed...
  9. For the 6.5" the cheapest place I am finding them is actually HD. Thought they would of been less online. - 40 T = $20 - 24 T = $11
  10. I will be cutting 2x4's and plywood mostly. Also window and door trim sometimes. Is there a major dif between the 24 Milwaukee and 24 diable tooth blades? Do I need one of those super high tooth ones to cut plywood or is the Diablo 40 fine
  11. Yea it's a crazy good price. 1/2 price just wondering how it's possible. That would mean u can get XC's for $35 ish and 2.0's for like $25?
  12. Can I ask how u can get them for $50 new and sealed.?
  13. I found a bunch of sites online like this one that sell the saws with the dust attachment. I will try and call when its a normal time over there and see how much it costs and let everyone know. I am sure if there are a few of us interested it would make shipping like $10 each person. Is the UK the best place or does anyone know a closer location? http://www.twwholesale.co.uk/product.php/sn/Milwaukee-M18CCS55-0
  14. Suggestions on nice blade for the 6.5" guys? The only diable on HD had was a 40 tooth for $25
  15. OK guys… Here I go again ha ha so I originally started out and bought the 6 1/2 inch fuel circular saw. Sat on my workbench for one day in the box never used it because I couldn't get my mind off of "I probably should've got the 7 1/4" bigger one that was blade right". And then after I posted that I got the blade right one I did more research and everyone I talked to said that blade left was easier to cut with.... I probably spent a half an hour at the store trying both... I then noticed what people were talking about and my mind started a flip-flop again (obviously I have ADD hahaha). ....so to get to my point, I was walking around looking for other things when I noticed there was a blade left 6 1/2 inch fuel one on clearance ...for 100 fucking dollars. So it seems that stores may be getting rid of the blade left 6 1/2's and going with the new ones 7 1/4's since the fuel 6.5" is three + years old now. So basically I'm back to my blade left ...for 100 bucks I think I'll learn how to fucking use it! Moral of the story is stick with your first pick it's usually, well always the right one
  16. --- Here is a link to the manual if anyone is interested... http://webservice.ttigroup.eu/local/uploaded/catalog/4931425222.pdfa
  17. for those interested... you can just change the language on the Milwaukee site and i was able to bring up the 6.5 and 7 1/4" ones with the blade guages with the part for connecting to vac. Does anyone know were we would be able to order and get shipped the 2 parts? upper blade guard and the adapter piece? Here is a link to the site and some pics: http://www.milwaukeetool.eu/powertools/cordless/m18-ccs66/ parts needed for the 6.5" version: This is a pic of the 7 1/4" this is super cool....
  18. Is there a thread anywhere about all the differences between our tools and theirs. Would be nice to know for each tool. Honestly I'd like to see the differences between the saws, the drills, the drivers, etc. so I can order the parts for mine
  19. Why exactly Are the Milwaukee tools different overseas? things like the black case and things like this dust shoot vac attachment. And also the writing on their batteries?
  20. I know I sound crazy now hahahha. But I am leaning towards maybe taking this 7 1/4" back and getting the left blade side one again.
  21. Interesting. Looks like there are a lot of threads on this.
  22. Are any of you guys able to make a video for me with go pro or regular video camera using your left or right sided circ saw. Does not have to be in Milwaukee saw just trying to get the same perspective from both sides or maybe held at the angle you look at the blade at if that makes any sense. I got a few messages on here from people asking the same thing as well as on Instagram I think a lot of people are confused about the blade side difference as well. Also I keep hearing a lot of people say they like it all one side or the other because they can look at the blade water cutting can you guys post a picture of exactly where you're looking while you're cutting I just look at the front notch on the front of the Saw, with blade left are you looking literally at the blade inside the guard or something
